Online backup: Synchronize data from OIB server to a hosted facility. Daily incrementals with monthly full backups and a 1-year history. (Charged separately)   

Hardware procurement: Fusion procure desktop & laptops for customer (options limited for simplicity to Budget, Standard, Performance).

VoIP telephony: OIB can be enhanced with internet telephony at low cost (Asterix system). Can be on one box, but separate box recommended.

User migration: For service fee, Fusion will migrate data and profile from an existing machine to new “OIB” machine.

(UPS) Uninterruptable Power Supply: Configured with a 1-hour uptime emergency power backup guarantee.

Server Insurance: Your entire server-side infrastructure if backed up overnight.  Recover from a total system failure within 24 hours.
